Currently, E-Transfer applications are not being accepted. (Previous round of submission was from 22-Sep-25 to 28-Sep-25).
The E-Transfer system uses provisional data, based on self-reporting in SIS by schools and teachers. Application submission and processing will be subject to the transfer rules approved by SED. Finalization of transfer will depend on the verification of all the data and relevant documents (teacher records, sanctioned posts, enrollment, etc.) by concerned offices/issuing authorities.

Contact details of these teachers (who are available for mutual transfer) is only visible to other teachers who are a match for them. These can be accessed via the SIS mobile app.
Currently, Hardship applications are not being accepted. (Previous round of submission was from 08-Dec-25 to 20-Dec-25).
The transfer on hardship grounds uses provisional data, based on self-reporting in SIS by schools and teachers. Application submission and processing will be subject to the transfer policy rules approved by SED. Finalization of transfer will depend on the CEO verification of all the data and relevant documents (teacher records, sanctioned posts, Surplus and Deficit count, etc.) by concerned offices/approving authorities.
